A new research from the University of New South Wales found out that refugees in Australia are more vulnerable to mental health toll during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With lockdowns and face masks being mandatory in almost all jurisdictions, refugees may trigger previous trauma lived in conflict zones.

However, refugees are resilient and comply with the government’s public advice on the pandemic.
