Streaming services against new media content proposal

Under the new National Cultural Policy launched earlier this year, the Federal government is looking to propose new laws to boost Australian media production, requiring big streaming services to honour larger content quotas of Australian produced media.

However, the big streaming companies are unsurprisingly against this proposal.
