1 million Australians are predicted to be afflicted with ADHD, and their treatment is about to change as the government has released a new evidence based diagnosis and management guideline for GPs and clinics dealing with patients with ADHD.

This comes after recent research demonstrated that ADHD medication prescriptions have doubled over the last decade. With so much more work to go, will these new changes make other forms of management more accessible?
