A regional healthcare provider has been named the overall champion at the Regional Australia Institute and NBN’s Innovate grant program this year.
Observa Care was the winner in the Health category by developing a wearable sensor to measure patients’ vital signs, avoiding patients going to hospital.
This will alleviate the health system in regional New South Wales, which is already at its tipping point.
