On the 23rd of March gunmen attacked a concert hall near Moscow and killed 133 people injuring dozens more, the attack has been claimed by radical Islamic terrorist from the organisation Isis-K.

President Vladimir Putin made a response on state media condemning the attack and attempting to point the finger of blame back at Ukraine as allegedly the 11 captured gunmen where making their escape towards Ukraine boarder. Putin continued to renew Russian resolve against Ukraine referring to it as a “neo-Nazi regime”.

Kyiv has denied any involvement in the attack.
