As the Tasmania Football Club will be entering the AFL competition by 2028, the state is in a dilemma about a proposed stadium in Hobart.

The state government is looking to invest close to a billion dollars for the new stadium.

A group of Tasmanians are standing against the proposed stadium, furious about the money being spent on footy rather than combating the cost of living.

With this topic being heated as much to almost cost Premier Jeremy Rockliff the recent Tasmania election, The Wire’s Gabriel D’Angelo speaks to Roland Browne a spokesperson from Our Place, a group against the proposed stadium.
