When an 82 year old man requested that he be chronically preserved, it brought back memories of the controversy that started when Walt Disney died.

But this happened in Australia just over a week ago.

It raises ethical moral and legal questions as the promise of medical breakthroughs arriving that could prolong a life need to be balanced against what type of future could this life would be released into.
