Misinformation and disinformation have once again been named the top global risk in the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Global Risks Report.
This follows a year of significant challenges, with false information spreading across multiple sectors, from health to politics.
As disinformation continues to impact communities I speak with Ika Trijsburg researcher at Melbourne University about action to address its growing impact.
