Shadow Minister for Education and Early Learning on the Safety of Our Childcare Centres

The alleged child sex offender, Joshua Dale Brown, faces 70 child abuse offences after working at 20 different childcare centres in Melbourne, between 2017 and 2025. 

These disturbing allegations raise questions over the safeguarding laws in Australia’s early education services – particularly in relation to the use of CCTV and mobile phones.
