Universities around Australia are making deep cuts to Arts and Humanites courses as result of Government policies such as the Job Ready Graduates scheme.

Yet the liberal arts have formed the bases for higher educations for hundreds of years.  They teach young people how to think and produce graduates who can contribute to society in a wholistic and productive manner.

The cost of an Arts/Humanities course is now around $50,000 which is not reflected in entry level salaries for graduates.   This puts an unfair burdon on young people who
