The Federal government has invested $16 billion dollars into the nation’s technology industry. But advocates say this immense financial influence should be put towards gender equality and equal representation in technology workplaces.
Only 27 per cent of the workforce in all STEM industries in Australia are represented by women – a one per cent drop from 2020.
