Australia’s housing crisis has exploded since the Covid pandemic hit in 2019, with rental and housing prices seeing a major five-year surge.
But, as international students return across the nation, questions have been raised around how this factor affects the market, and if current housing builds are enough to keep up.
Some say net migration is to blame, while others believe the country have no capacity of building more houses.
