Australian State and Territories have declared they will push ahead with developing key components of the Uluru statement from the heart despite the referendum’s major defeat on the weekend.  Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland have already begun the process of establishing a voice, treaty and truth. New South Wales is the only state to have not yet begun a treaty process.
