After 3 long years, Beirut continues to grapple with the fallout from a devastating ammonium nitrate explosion that rocked the city.

Since the explosion, the Lebanese people have suffered from economic downturn, amidst an increasingly dysfunctional government failing to find its way through the rubble of its economy.

There has been some hope for the Lebanon, as the head of the central bank has recently been sacked, but with the government failing to appoint a new head, things continue to look uncertain.
