Residents in the Brisbane suburb of Cleveland are concerned by the state Government’s development of Toondah Harbour on Moreton Bay.
A native title claim was previously rejected for the area, but the local council indicated that some sections of the development could still be subject to a claim.
Known as the gateway to Stradbroke Island, the multi-million dollar coastal village and marina development at the site is threatening to endanger local wetlands, ecosystems and wildlife.
