Calls for inquiry into misuse of NDAs in workplace sexual harassment cases

Workers’ rights advocates are calling for an inquiry into the use of non-disclosure agreements in workplace sexual harassment cases. 

Working Women Queensland says blanket NDAs silence victims, preventing them from speaking out or seeking support. The group is urging the state’s Attorney-General to investigate how these agreements are being used and their impact on justice for survivors.
