The Coalition at Parliament House have ditched their net zero targets while the Federal government’s overhauled environment protection bill has passed.
As this happens in Canberra, an advocacy group is making the most of the news cycle.
Climate 200 has sponsored 35 candidates at the last election with a campaign proving to be successful.
The Canavan Climate Trust’s aim is to target advertising in marginal seats with quotes taken from Queensland Senator Matt Canavan calling for new coal power stations.
