Censorship or Safety? Concerns Mount over the Online Safety Bill

Critics are concerned that the government’s proposed Online Safety Bill is gives the eSafety Commissioner too much power to censor the internet.

Under the legislation, the eSafety Commissioner will be able to remove offensive material at their discretion or material that is subject to complaints made by Australian internet users.
