The personal details of six million Qantas customers have been compromised after a cyber attack on a third party platform this past Monday.
Details including customers names, birth dates, email addresses and phone numbers were breached, but Qantas was quick to point out that no financial details, passwords or passport details were stored on this system.
However, significant amounts of personal information were compromised, and affected customers are expected to be contacted by Qantas today.
