Economic and financial abuse to elders linked to DV: report

A new report released this week found out financial and economic abuse to older Australians is more serious than we think.

It also shows financial and economic abuse to the elderly usually involves domestic and family violence, and this abuse is very complex to identify.

Also financial institution staff are trained to identify and act on the issue.
