The dark web is accessible as a legal to download internet browser that makes user activity completely untraceable making it the perfect breeding grounds for all sorts of heinous crimes such as child pornography, all distributed on the dark web with alarming ease.
Professor Rod Broadhurst, Director of Cyber Crime Observatory at the Australian National University’s School of Regulation and Global Governance goes into detail on what makes the dark web a vastly different and disturbing environment compared to mainstream internet
