This year’s Federal Budget has for the first time offered significant investment into critical services. However, with the budget putting focus on tax cuts for those in paid jobs, many are concerned those Australians below the poverty line are missing out.
The Australian Council of Social Service is calling for the government to work with community through issues, ensuring those directly effected are included in the decision making process.
