Gadigal Dreaming: The Sacred Country of the Gadigal People to be displayed along Sydney’s Darling Harbour from 1 Sep – 31 October. The portrayal of the history of Gadigal practices and community belonging using interactive three-dimensional technology was curated by the International Convention Centre in collaboration with Bilbie Virtual Labs (Brisbane, QLD) and Metropolitan Aboriginal Land Council (Redfern, NSW).
Exploring the potential of dreaming, this new medium is a way of exploring the future of aboriginal art and its significance to First Nations sovereignty.
