Food insecurity has been a barrier to health and wellbeing for many First Nations communities in Australia’s regions.
But, the Federal government has pledged to do more by working with food manufacturers and producers to explore options to improve food security in remote First Nations communities. The roundtable is the first step in the National Strategy for Food Security plan set to release its final report next year.
