National surveys have shown that the younger age group suffers from psychological disorders much more than the other age groups. They report a greater tendency to talk to peers or friends when faced with anxious mental states.
Young people aged between 16 to 25 are providing a key role in informal mutual support among themselves instead of a single fixed system. Providing them with better public and online spaces is one of the keys supports for dealing with psychological stress in young people.
