An Indigenous-led initiative that seeks to improve access for remote Indigenous communities to clean, reliable power has been launched this week. The First Nations Clean Energy Network aims to address energy insecurity in regional areas while ensuring Indigenous Australians harness the opportunities of a green energy boom. The network hopes to improve the relationship between resource companies and Indigenous Australians to secure better outcomes for communities.
