Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met with Vladimir Putin in Moscow despite a Russian attack on a Kyiv children’s hospital that has caused international outrage.
The two countries have a close friendship, which hasn’t been shaken by the war in the Ukraine.
India’s relationship with Russia, as well as the upcoming US presidential election, spell out a potentially chaotic future for Australia’s international relations.
