The Federal Government recently announced amendments to the Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS), overhauling its largest change to refine procedures and cost-effective means which will kick in at the start of July.

There are more than 900 planned changes to health services and procedures.

Concern has been raised about the implementation of these changes and whether there will be a price increase for consumers.
