New data from the National Action Plan for Paediatric Palliative Care has highlighted many areas where current approaches are falling short. 

Majority of current palliative care services are aimed at people in their 70s and older, which means young people aren’t getting the services they need.

The findings of the report will inform future decisions and changes to the delivery of paediatric palliative care in Australia.
