The potentiality of transforming empty offices in the Sydney central city areas to residential have been suggested by some experts to deal with the nation-side housing crisis.
While this may sound like an approach to solve the housing shortage, other experts have expressed concerns over its feasibility, given that most office buildings are not suitable for residential development and may end up with bedrooms with no windows.
But will redeveloping empty effectively solve the cost of living crisis for Sydney residents?
