An Adelaide-based pilot program is opening doors for people with disabilities by partnering with major hotels in the city.

The Diversity Pathways Program, led by the Centre for Social Impact at Flinders University, is geared towards helping businesses adopt inclusive hiring practices.

The initiative focuses on employment opportunities for people with disabilities and bringing benefits to the businesses, through enhanced workforce and diversity.
