Yesterday, the Queensland government announced a 2 billion dollar project for storage to support renewable energy in the state. It will bring cheaper electricity prices and more jobs for Queenslanders.
While organisations welcome the proposal, much more is needed to reach the carbon emission reduction target in the state.
