South Australia will soon have a new Premier, after Labor’s Peter Malinauskas won the vote over the current sitting Liberal Premier, Steven Marshall.

With a focus on hospital reform, Labor was able to oust the first term Liberal cabinet in what is the first electoral loss for the Liberals since the beginning of the pandemic.
