Sri Lanka is going through an economic crisis, with Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera revealing that the nation only had enough petrol left for less than a day, with no more expected to arrive for the next fortnight.
Private fuel sales are now outlawed, and supply lines are collapsing. It comes at a difficult time too, as governments and individuals are suspicious of the corruption within the Sri Lankan government.
