Ukrainian community rally in Brisbane, one year following invasion

This weekend marked one year since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Community of Queensland organised a rally to commemorate this anniversary and show solidarity for Ukrainian diaspora living in Brisbane, Australia.

The Wire’s Nicholas Powell attended the rally and spoke with Vice President of the Ukrainian Community of Queensland, Adam Miljenovic and other community supporters, to highlight the importance of community and solidarity.
