When a family member or a close friend passes away, it’s a difficult task to dimension, but it’s even bigger when a person is killed in different circumstances.

The media often plays a role in sharing the stories of families whose loved ones have been killed, but not all stories are shared equally.

So what’s the media’s role in this issue?
