“Who’s your mob?”- A cultural approach to homelessness

The National Homelessness conference had its second day today. It is being held on the Gold Coast.

Spokepersons from Indigenous-led organisations attending the conference hold importance in navigating the homeless system with a cultural approach, to ensure connection with country.

Meanwhile, Aboriginal Housing Victoria through their Mana-na woorn-tyeen maar-takoort framework report, a strong Aboriginal specific system in the policy and reform space is vital to ensuring outcomes are met and Australian Federal and State agencies can assist and support the process.
