Women march to call-out gender-based violence

Across Australia on Sunday and Monday, protesters marched to call-out gendered violence.

47 marches ran across the country, including all capital cities.

The list of demands outlined in an online petition include full independent investigations into all cases of gendered violence and timely referrals to appropriate authorities, as well as full implementation of all 55 recommendations in the Australian Human Rights Commission’s Respect@Work report.
